What Counts As a Home Repair
A repair brings something you already have back to working order, such as patching a hole, re-aligning a door or replacing a worn part. Installing something new, changing a room’s layout or finishes, and full renovations are different jobs, covered on our home improvement and remodeling pages. If a repair turns up a small plumbing or electrical problem, we can handle that on the same visit.
Typical Home Repair Jobs
What Home Repair Costs
Small jobs with a changing scope are billed by the hour. A clearly defined job is billed as a fixed project price. We give you the price before work starts, and materials and any equipment are listed separately on your estimate.
Same-day Home Repair
Same-day service is available for qualifying jobs. Call or book online, tell us what is broken, and we will confirm whether today works for that job. Urgent and after-hours requests may carry a premium.
