Igor was so fast, efficient, thorough, and professional! He arrived on time and went straight to work. Honestly, I had to scramble to find additional tasks for him because there was a 2 hour minimum and he worked so quickly. I only wish I had been prepared for a few other projects I have coming up because I have no doubt he would have knocked them out in no time! I was astonished by all the little projects he was able to accomplish for us in the span of 3 hours. Highly recommend!

I hired them to repair a hole in my ceiling caused by an upstairs neighbors leak. They responded quickly and professionally, and offered a fair price. Once they got to my home, they worked quickly and to the highest quality! There was a previous repair in that area from a prior owner that was subpar, and they reinforced the area to make it more durable than it ever was! I very much appreciated having someone I can trust to care about the quality of their work, rather than just doing the minimum! I will be calling them first for any general home construction/contracting work!

I requested an installation service for a set of sliding closet doors. Proper Hour was the first to respond, and provided a great value for the price by bundling both installation and disposal into one fee. Viktor was the handyman who installed the doors for me. He arrived on time, nicely adapted to a small challenge with the measurements and provided a good service overall.

They were very quick to respond to my request. I was offered same day service which was a bonus (but I decided to book following day). Handyman was on time and extremely professional. I will absolutely use them again for other projects. Another bonus was the price charged was what same price they quoted me which was nice.

Excellent work remodeling my bathroom. I absolutely love it! Vadim and his partner removed the baseboards and retiled the bathroom floor, fixing an underlying dry rot problem, added a new toilet and vanity. It's was difficult due to the old fixtures and parts in the bathroom. They persevered and did a fantastic job. They worked very hard, with great attention to detail and professionalism. I could not recommend them more highly for any bathroom remodel project!

Proper Hour Handyman did a wonderful job repairing three broken tracks for drawers that we had (one in the kitchen and two in the master bathroom). They were also the ONLY service who gave me the best & lowest price! We would absolutely use this service again!

The team helped in remodelling our garage - electrical, insulation, new garage door installation. They did a great job with the work. And our garage looks like brand new.

The guy who did the work was great, no complaints. However, you should make sure the company quotes you by hours or by project. I was sent a price estimate by hour and quote for 4 hours. The project took 2.5 hours and they claimed the quote was fixed, making their price more than 1.5 higher than the price estimate. Edit: the company reached out to offer a refund for the difference in estimation. I am happy with the solution and the effort.
